POL-INOWEX S.A. has been operating on the market since 1991. In the initial phase, the company operated in sugar industry branch, mostly in Poland and Germany. In subsequent years, the company systematically broadened its market by other countries and other industrial branches.

1991 r. -

incorporation of POL-INOWEX Ltd. In the initial phase, the company operated in sugar industry branch, mostly in Poland and Germany,

1997 r. -

the first complete disassembly of equipment in German sugar mills in Fallersleben and Bedburg,

2000 r. -

the first complete relocation project: relocation of dangerous waste incinerating plant from Germany to Gdańsk,

2001 r. -

disassembly of a boiler and turbine in the sugar mill in Lehr, Germany,

2002 r. -

disassembly of a boiler and turbine in the sugar mill in Clauen, Germany,

2003 r. -

disassembly of a paint shop in Daewoo car factory in Lublin, Poland,

2004 r. -

expanding the activity onto the remaining EU countries. At the order of one of the leading construction materials manufacturers, Ytong, starting the disassembly of one of the biggest German cellular concrete manufacturing plants and preparing it for relocation to Russia,

2005 r. -

further diversification of the target market by other industrial branches like cement plants, construction materials manufacturers, paper factories and power industry,

2005 r. -

incorporation of a daughter company in Moscow and obtaining the licence to carry out works in the Russian Federation.

2005 r. -

restarting, at the order of the leading construction materials manufacturer, Ytong, erection of the cellular concrete manufacturing plant in Russia (formerly disassemblied in Zedenick, Germany, in 2005,

2006 r. -

starting the first project in cement manufacturing industry branch – disassembly of a mill in the cement plant in Mainz, Germany,

2007 r. -

starting activity on new markets: Estonia, Georgia – assembly of cement mills formerly disassemblied in Heidelberg Zement AG, Germany,

2007 r. -

taking the decision of public emission of stocks and transformation of POL-INOWEX Ltd. into a joint stock company,

2008 r. -

expansion of activity onto markets of Scandinavian countries (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland),

2008 r. -

development of products by the installation of modern power industry technologies. Starting the project of installation of solar energy collectors (renewable source of energy) in Spain,

2008 r. -

implementation of quality management system ISO9001 certified by Lloyd’s Register, Poland,

2008 r. -

approval of POL-INOWEX S.A. emission prospectus by the Financial Supervision Committee.
