SCOPE OF DUTIES:
Supporting Project Manager in managing the assembly and disassembly of equipment in EU countries (a few-week trips)
Aid in care for the project /in terms of logistics
Care for high quality and punctuality of orders being executed
Aid in managing a work crew (about 20 people – fitters, locksmiths, welders, electricians)
Organisation of the work time for workers, determining tasks, making schedules
Settlement of official matters in the place of project execution
Support and help for the workers, among others in accommodation, settlement of official matters
Help in coordinating the cooperation between the investor and the company
REQUIREMENTS:
Higher technical education – preferred specialisations: mechanical, construction, electrical engineering (graduates and final-year students welcome)
Very good command of English and/or communicative command of other (preferred: German, Russian)
B category driving licence (vehicles up to 3.5 t)
Ability to manage in difficult situations
Ability to solve problems
Creativity and flexibility of action
High interpersonal capacity
