- Care for high quality and punctuality of orders being executed
- Aid in managing a work crew (about 20 people – fitters, locksmiths, welders, electricians)
- Organisation of the work time for workers, determining tasks, making schedules
- Settlement of official matters in the place of project execution
- Support and help for the workers, among others in accommodation, settlement of official matters
- Help in coordinating the cooperation between the investor and the company
